Founded in July 2020 by Jason and Tarah Hauk, Apex Electrical Solutions was built on a foundation of dedication, expertise, and a commitment to excellence. What started as a single service van operation has rapidly evolved into a thriving full-service electrical contracting company.
With a combined experience of over three decades in commercial, industrial, and healthcare construction, Apex Electrical Solutions has successfully completed over 100 projects for AdventHealth alone. This extensive experience allows the company to deliver high-quality electrical solutions tailored to the unique demands of each industry.
Driven by steady growth and an unwavering focus on quality service, Apex doubled its fleet size each year. By 2023, the company took a significant step forward, opening its first office to support its expanding operations. In 2024, Apex moved into a larger facility, further strengthening its infrastructure and once again doubling its staff to meet increasing demand.
With over $1 million in sales closed in 2024, Apex Electrical Solutions continues its trajectory of exponential growth. As 2025 unfolds, the company is already on pace to triple in size, cementing its position as a leader in the electrical contracting industry.
Through hard work, strategic expansion, and a customer-first approach, Apex Electrical Solutions is shaping the future of commercial and healthcare electrical services, setting new standards of excellence along the way.
Our Management Team
Jason Hauk
Owner
From the start of his career, Jason was committed to excellence in the electrical trade. With a clear goal in mind, he remained focused, worked diligently, and completed the necessary steps to obtain his Master Electrician License. After successfully completing the F.E.A.T. apprenticeship program, he earned his Journeyman's certification in 2017, followed by his Master Electrician License in 2019.
In addition to his hands-on experience, Jason has been dedicated to mentoring future electricians. Since 2017, he has been an instructor for the F.E.A.T. program, sharing his expertise and helping to develop the next generation of skilled professionals.
Following a career transition, Jason seized the opportunity to establish his own business, founding Apex Electrical Solutions in July 2020 amidst the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through perseverance, dedication, and a commitment to quality service, he has grown Apex Electrical Solutions from its humble beginnings into a thriving full-service electrical contracting firm.
Tarah Hauk
Owner
As an owner of Apex Electrical Solutions, LLC, Tarah Hauk has played a key role in the company's formation and strategic direction. With a vested interest in the company's long-term success, she has provided oversight and input throughout the company's growth over the past five years.
Tarah remains committed to ensuring Apex Electrical Solutions continues to evolve and adapt in a competitive industry, focusing on business objectives, operational considerations, and maintaining the company's standards. While not involved in the day-to-day operations, she offers a perspective aimed at refining processes and driving continuous improvement.
Greg Hauk
Operations Manager
Greg is a seasoned Operations Manager with over 20 years of leadership and management experience, including a distinguished career in the Marine Corps. With a strong focus on operational efficiency, project coordination, scheduling, estimating, and billing, Greg plays a pivotal role in ensuring Apex Electrical Solutions delivers exceptional service to its customers.
His expertise spans multiple industries, from aviation mechanics and avionics to sales and business management, where he has consistently implemented strategic initiatives that drive productivity, cost savings, and organizational growth. Greg's keen attention to detail and analytical mindset have allowed him to successfully oversee complex projects and lead cross-functional teams with precision and efficiency.

Craig Wambold
Senior Project Manager
With 28 years of experience in the electrical industry, Craig Wambold has built a reputation for his strong work ethic, leadership, and commitment to team development. He believes that a successful team thrives when individuals are empowered to grow alongside one another—a principle he demonstrates in every role he takes on.
Throughout his career, Craig has held key positions, including Foreman, Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager. His expertise extends beyond project management; he has also played a pivotal role in launching and developing a successful satellite office, guiding it from inception to a thriving operation in a competitive market.
Craig's ability to adapt and excel in multiple roles makes him a valuable asset to Apex Electrical Solutions. With his leadership and extensive experience, Apex is poised to build a strong and successful commercial division, further solidifying its reputation in the industry.
